Helen is a highly-respected, award-winning complementary therapist with almost 40 years experience as a reflexologist and Bowen Technique practitioner. She has a deep understanding of both these areas and has expanded her interests to work as a therapist, trainer and speaker from her UK base in Cambridgeshire.

She is a Life Member of the Association of Reflexologists (UK), International Council of Reflexologists and Bowen Association UK.

Helen is well travelled and versed in many ancient traditions and customs in which today’s complementary therapies have their roots. For 10 years she lived and worked in Australia where she first began to develop her own unique method of intuition and sound reflexology known as The Reflex Resonance Technique™ which she now teaches to others.

Inspired in part by the age-old beliefs of the Aborigine people of Australia, and refined over many years of clinical practice, Helen’s training course has won accreditation from a number of professional organisations. A qualified and experienced trainer, she is a registered Bowtech Instructor, one of only 100 worldwide authorised to teach the original Bowen Technique developed by founder Tom Bowen. Helen also offers three other training courses, An Introduction to the Bowen Technique, The Role of the Bowen Therapist in Palliative Care and Your Intuitive Self.

In addition Helen is available for speaking engagements at home and overseas and is just as happy sharing her knowledge and expertise with small local groups or large-scale conferences with hundreds of delegates.

Since 2008 Helen has been UK and Europe distributor for Bowen Supplies, specialist products originally developed for Bowen Technique practitioners and now also available to other complementary therapists.
