Helen’s extensive experience and knowledge of process and procedure makes her well-placed to advise those wishing to improve and enhance their operational capability.

From her earliest days as a ‘trouble-shooter’ in the beauty sector, her business and inter-personal skills have made a difference to individuals and organisations who might benefit from objective external support.

This ranges from 1-2-1 clinical practice sessions with newly qualified Bowen therapists and reflexologists – including those wanting advice on setting up their own business - to clinics, wellbeing hubs and professionals seeking assistance to review, refine or develop essential protocols in line with ever-changing rules and regulations.

As a hospice volunteer herself, one of her proudest moments was the successful implementation of protocols for voluntary complementary therapists working with Sue Ryder Care patients. These protocols were subsequently more widely adopted. Individual sessions are usually held in her own clinic in Cambridgeshire although she is happy to travel if necessary.
